It's Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me! like you've never seen it before! Because, well, normally you can't see it — it's a radio show.

A live staging of Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me! will be beamed to Tulsa at 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 2, 2013 to the Cinemark Mark 17 in Tulsa and the Cinemark Broken Arrow.

Alan Lambert to be honored at March 28 Newsies Awards. Big Band Saturday Night is heard every  Saturday on Public Radio 89.5-1 from 8-10 pm.

Veteran Tulsa broadcaster Alan Lambert has been named the Tulsa Press Club’s newest Media Icon, and will be recognized during the Press Club’s annual Newsies Awards, which will be held March 28 at the Campbell Hotel.

But we also realize you don’t always have on your radio. The American Red Cross has developed new app to address that problem. It sends a message to your smartphone or tablet to alert you of a pending storm. You can download this app and stay safe this spring in Oklahoma.

Metropolitan Opera Presents Operatic Rarity

When a classical music fan thinks of "Francesca da Rimini", one immediately thinks of Tchaikovsky's famous tone poem. In fact, this brief episodic story from Dante's Inferno, became the most famous opera of a relatively unknown Italian 20th Century composer, Riccardo Zandonai. Librettist Tito Ricordi, Jr. adapted a play drawn from this historical episode, and envisioned it as revival of the grand Italian operatic tradition, with the music of Italy's greatest operatic composer, Giacomo Puccini. Unfortunately for Ricordi, Puccini had no interest in reviving the grand operatic tradition.
