Tulsa, OK – OU says no offer of land for ME's office made
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) A University of Oklahoma spokeswoman says the school hasn't offered to donate land for the possible expansion of the state Medical Examiner's Office in Oklahoma City.
State Rep. Al McAffrey had said last week an offer was made. But OU spokeswoman Catherine Bishop issued a statement Monday saying no offer has been made and the university doesn't own the land near the Medical Examiner's Office.

Oklahoma City, OK – OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) A grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture will be shared in western Oklahoma to help improve transportation and the economy.
Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack announced the $750,000 grant Monday to the Community Transportation Association of America.
CTAA will use $250,000 to help tribal organizations improve transportation in Roger Mills, Dewey, Custer, Washita, Blaine, Canadian and Kingfisher counties. The money will also be shared with projects in New Mexico and Mississippi.
Oklahoma City, OK – Okla. bombing conspirator: Diet somewhat resolved
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols says his hunger strike to demand a more fiber-rich diet in prison has been somewhat successful.
Nichols says in a letter that the federal Supermax prison in Florence, Colo., addressed his medical and religious needs but "much more still needs to be done." He didn't provide specifics. A message left for prison officials wasn't returned Saturday. His protest began Feb. 5.
Tulsa, OK – The The Tulsa Drillers revealed new team uniforms and caps during a press conference Monday afternoon at ONEOK Field. The new look for the Drillers will feature a rich, royal blue as the team's new primary color.
With the new uniforms, the Drillers have kept their primary logo, while tweaking the colors within it.
The new home uniforms are white with blue trim and feature the Drillers script logo across the front. The home jerseys will also have the player's names across the backs.
