UPDATE: Old City Hall

Tulsa, Ok – The "sale pending" sign is going up in front of the old Tulsa City Hall. The Tulsa Development Authority today decided it will negotiate with Brickhuggers for the sale of the 11-story building. Brickhuggers offered one-million dollars -- as is-- for the building last March

Tulsa Economic Development Director Mike Bunney says an upscale, 200-room, hotel is planned. Brickhuggers is the same firm that renovated the long closed Mayo Hotel.

Bunney hopes to complete negotiations and present a contract to the city council before Labor Day.
