Tulsa, OK – A new report shows Tulsa's infant mortality rate is above, not only the state but the national average. Kassie Prather with the Tulsa City-County Health Department says may deaths that were once thought of as Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, or SIDS, are actually the result of unsafe sleep practices.
