Tulsa, OK – A preliminary hearing is set for Monday morning for 41-year-old Robert Yerton, Junior.
The Skelly Elementary School is charged with five counts of molesting young boys. He was released from jail on bond this morning.
The Tulsa School board has started termination proceedings.
