Community Center Comes Down

Construction crews are reducing the old Turner Park Community Center to rubble. They’ve been at it since 7 a.m. today.

It’s the first step of the City Parks Department’s plan to tear down seven community centers in Tulsa to make room for new amenities.

Turner Park will have new walking trails, better lighting and a pavilion.
