Bomb Material Found at Tulsa Apartment

A domestic disturbance call leads to a unique find in southeast Tulsa.

A man is in jail this morning after police find bomb making material in his apartment,  including what appeared to be a grenade in plain sight.

Richard Carter was arrested last night at the Bedford Apartments near 65th and Highway 169.

The FBI and the ATF are aiding in the investigation.
