On this "best of" edition of our show, we're listening back to a discussion from earlier this year with Professor David Blight, the acclaimed Civil War historian based at Yale University. Professor Blight appeared at a "Material Memory" conference (co-presented by the University of Tulsa and the Gilcrease Museum) here in Tulsa back in May; at this event, he gave an address entitled "The Memory Boom in Public History at the Civil War Sesquicentennial."
