Stigler, OK – County commissioners ordered to pay fees to ACLU
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) A federal appeals court says Haskell County commissioners must pay legal fees of the American Civil Liberties Union of Oklahoma in a lawsuit over a Ten Commandments monument.
The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver says the ACLU should receive attorneys fees, costs and expenses because it won the lawsuit. An ACLU attorney says the amount won't be known for weeks or months.

Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) A Tulsa business executive and a vice chancellor at the University of Kansas are the two finalists for the job as the president of Oklahoma State University's Tulsa campus.
A search committee named Howard Barnett and Robert Clark from more than 80 applicants as the finalists on Wednesday. Both men will visit the campus later this month to meet with students, faculty, staff and community members.
Oklahoma City, OK – Physicians register to give swine flu shots
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) State health officials say dozens of physicians registered to administer swine flu vaccinations when they become available this fall.
The state Health Department says the physicians registered within hours of a request that they help give the shots. The department is hoping hundreds will eventually sign up to provide vaccinations against H1N1 virus.
Tulsa, OK – A guilty plea in Tulsa District Court for 22-year-old Christopher Stefanelli. He is the man accused of making a bomb threat last month to the Tulsa Jewish Retirement Center.
Police says Stefanelli placed the call after becoming upset with his boyfriend who worked at the center. A ticking alarm clock was found a trash can that led to an evacuation of the center, but police say the clock was not placed there by Stefanelli.
Stefanelli got two years in prison, followed by two years on probation.
